How to cancel or change a booking
The fastest way to cancel or modify a reservation is to contact our team directly by phone, text, or email using the details below. Please have your booking confirmation handy, and reach out as early as you can — the more notice you give us, the more easily we can accommodate a change or cancellation.
Refunds
Any refund due is issued back to your original payment method through our secure payment processor, Square. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
Cancellation terms by service type
Because our services range from quick airport runs to multi-vehicle events, the exact cancellation terms — including any applicable notice periods or fees — are confirmed with your reservation and can vary by service:
- Airport & point-to-point trips — single-vehicle transfers, typically the most flexible to change.
- Hourly & as-directed service — reserved for a block of time; changes are easiest with advance notice.
- Packages & special events (weddings, proms, occasions) — these reserve specific vehicles for a date and may carry their own terms or a deposit.
- Large groups & peak dates — multi-vehicle and high-demand bookings (game days, holidays) may require earlier notice to cancel or change.
Large vehicles — such as stretch limousines, party buses, and charter buses — must be reserved at least 15 days in advance. After your booking is confirmed, you have a 24-hour window to cancel at no charge; once that window closes, the deposit is non-refundable.

No-shows & late cancellations
To run on time for every client, we reserve a dedicated vehicle and chauffeur for your trip. If a booking is cancelled at the last minute or no one is present at the pickup, charges may apply. If you can’t locate your chauffeur at pickup, please call us right away rather than leaving — we’ll connect you.
Weather & circumstances beyond our control
We understand that flights get cancelled and weather happens. When events outside your control or ours affect a trip, contact us as soon as you can and we’ll work with you to reschedule or find the best resolution. For more on our service terms, see our Terms & Conditions.
