1. Acceptance of these terms

By booking a ride, requesting a quote, or otherwise using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our booking tools.

2. Our services

Chicago Limos Inn provides professional chauffeured ground transportation — including airport transfers, point-to-point trips, hourly “as-directed” service, and group and special-occasion travel. Vehicle availability, capacities, and service areas may vary by date and demand, and all reservations are subject to confirmation.

3. Quotes & pricing

Prices shown for instant bookings are calculated from your trip details at the time of booking. Custom quotes are valid for a limited time and may change if your trip details change or before they are confirmed. Unless stated otherwise, your quoted fare reflects the agreed services for that trip; applicable gratuity, tolls, airport fees, and any meet-and-greet are reflected in your pricing. Extra stops, added wait time, route changes, or itinerary changes made after booking may adjust the final amount.

4. Reservations & payment

Reservations are confirmed once payment or a valid payment authorization is completed. Payments are processed securely through Square, with 3-D Secure verification on card payments. You authorize us to charge the card on file for the booked services and for any additional charges permitted under these terms (such as extra wait time, added stops, or damage/cleaning fees). You are responsible for providing accurate trip and contact information.

5. Cancellations & changes

Plans change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. The cancellation and change terms that apply to your trip — including any applicable timeframes or fees — are confirmed with your reservation, and certain packages or peak-date and large-group bookings may carry their own terms. To cancel or modify a booking, contact us as early as possible using the details below so we can help.

6. Wait time & airport pickups

For standard pickups we include a short complimentary grace period before wait-time charges may apply. For airport arrivals, wait time is measured from when your flight is gated — 45 minutes for domestic arrivals and 80 minutes for international arrivals — to allow time to deplane and collect baggage. Please keep your contact phone reachable so your chauffeur can coordinate the meeting point.

7. Passenger conduct & safety

• The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s stated capacity, and seat belts must be worn where provided.
• Illegal activity, including the possession or use of illegal substances, is strictly prohibited. Alcohol is permitted only where lawful and only for passengers of legal drinking age (21+).
• Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Excessive cleaning, damage, or spills caused by passengers may incur a cleaning or repair fee.
• Our chauffeurs may refuse or end service for unsafe, abusive, or unlawful behavior without refund.

8. Delays & circumstances beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues, acts of government, or other force-majeure events. In the rare case a vehicle becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative.

9. Lost & found

Personal items are left in our vehicles at your own risk. While we’ll make a reasonable effort to locate and return belongings reported promptly, Chicago Limos Inn is not liable for items lost, left behind, or damaged during your trip.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chicago Limos Inn’s liability for any claim arising from your use of our service is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights, connections, or events resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Illinois.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
