How much does a limo cost in Chicago?
Every trip is a flat, upfront rate that depends mainly on the vehicle you choose and your route or hours — not a meter. The fairest way to see your exact cost is to enter your pickup, destination, and date for an instant price, or request a quote for weddings, groups, and packages. You’ll always see the full price before you book.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Standard chauffeur gratuity is calculated and shown in your quoted price before you book, so it’s never a surprise added at the end. If you’d like to add more for exceptional service you’re always welcome to, but it’s not required on top of the quote.
Do you charge extra for tolls, airport fees, or traffic?
No. Standard tolls and routing are built into your flat rate, and there are no surprise airport or service fees at the curb. Because the rate is flat and not metered, traffic and wait time never inflate what you pay.
Is there a wait-time or grace period?
Yes. Every trip includes a complimentary 15-minute grace period at pickup. Once that grace period is exceeded, additional wait time is billed in 30-minute increments — rounded up to the next half hour — at a rate based on your vehicle class. For example, 18 minutes late is charged as 30 minutes, and 45 minutes as a full hour. Airport pickups include a longer, flight-aware grace period.
Do prices go up during peak times or bad weather?
Never. We don’t use surge pricing or peak-hour multipliers. The rate you’re quoted is the rate you pay, whether you’re booking a holiday weekend, a snowy morning, or a rush-hour airport run.
When and how do I pay?
Instant-price reservations are paid securely at booking with card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through encrypted, 3-D Secure checkout. Quotes and corporate accounts are booked from a secure link or billed on an itemized invoice you can pay online.
