SMS messaging terms

SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the SMS/text messaging program operated by Chicago Limos Inn. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us as described below.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

The messages we send and why

We send text messages related to the transportation services you request from Chicago Limos Inn. These include:

  • Booking confirmations — confirming a reservation you placed.
  • Quote notifications — letting you know a quote is ready to review and approve.
  • Invoice and payment messages — a secure link to view or pay an invoice.
  • Trip and driver updates — pickup, chauffeur, and scheduling notifications for your trip.
  • Customer service replies — answers to questions you send us.

These are a mix of automated notifications tied to your bookings and conversational, one-to-one replies from our team. We do not send unrelated marketing or promotional texts to this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — for example, by entering your number and checking the SMS box when you make a reservation, request a quote, or contact us; by texting our number first; or by giving us verbal consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Opting out (STOP) and getting help (HELP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (you may also text “QUIT,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” “OPT-OUT,” or “CANCEL”). After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts, unless you opt in again.

For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@limosinn.com or +1 (312) 265-6322.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Texts are tied to your specific bookings, quotes, and requests rather than a recurring schedule, so the number of messages depends on your activity with us.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your mobile carrier. Chicago Limos Inn is not responsible for charges from your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
