Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Chicago Limos Inn uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and how you can control them.

Last updated: June 23, 2026

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help a site work properly, remember your choices, and keep things secure. Similar technologies — such as local storage and pixels — serve comparable purposes, and we refer to all of them as “cookies” here.

How we use cookies

We use cookies to keep the site secure and functional, to power the booking and quote tools, and — with your consent — to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing. We group them as follows:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site and our security provider (Cloudflare) to keep your session safe and protect against fraud and abuse. The site cannot function properly without these.
  • Functional cookies — help the booking and quote flow remember your inputs and preferences as you move through it, so you don’t lose your place.
  • Analytics cookies — we use Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and where traffic comes from, so we can improve it. Set only with your consent where consent is required.
  • Advertising cookies — we use Google Ads (also via Google Tag Manager) to measure the performance of our advertising and conversions, and to help show relevant ads. Set only with your consent where consent is required.
  • Third-party cookies — some tools we embed set their own cookies when they load: Google Maps (address and route features), TrustIndex (the customer-reviews widget), and Square (secure payment fields), in addition to the Google tools above. These are governed by each provider’s own policies.

Analytics & advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the site is used and how our marketing performs. Where the law requires consent — for example in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — these cookies are switched off by default and load only after you accept them; we use Google Consent Mode to enforce this. We do not sell your personal information.

Your cookie choices

When you first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential (analytics and advertising) cookies. Essential and functional cookies are always on, because the site cannot work without them. You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, which brings the banner back on your next visit; declining keeps analytics and advertising cookies switched off.

Managing cookies

You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to warn you before accepting them. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site — including booking and payment — from working correctly. For guidance, see your browser’s help pages, or the “Cookies” section of its privacy settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our site or the tools we use change. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
